Four Seasons to help you lose weight

It's the menu that helped charming Brit Jeremy Emmerson lose 50 pounds in five months, and if that doesn't sound, erm, appetizing, read Marcia's Tablehopper writeup of the conversion of the Four Seasons restaurant to a steak-and-seafood joint.
